Madison Phono Makes Its Debut in Vienna
June 4 – 7, 2024
Wattson Audio will be at HIGH END Vienna 2026 with the world premiere of an all-new product: the Madison Phono.
Developed and manufactured entirely in-house in collaboration with CH Precision, Madison Phono brings Wattson’s discipline to one of analog audio’s most sensitive stages. With advanced loading options, a variety of EQ curves processed in the digital domain, and digital output for use with high-end DACs, including Madison Streamer, it allows each input to be matched precisely to the cartridge, record label, and system.
Madison Phono is configurable for three distinct input architectures, including an optical input for DS Audio and other optical cartridges. In Vienna, we will conduct demos throughout the day using both traditional moving-coil cartridges and optical phono transducers, allowing visitors to hear how different analog technologies can be served within a single, rigorously engineered platform.
This is a major new addition to the Madison family, and a significant expression of Wattson’s continuing work at the intersection of Swiss engineering, musical truth, and elegant industrial restraint.
Don’t miss the debut of Madison Phono at HIGH END Vienna 2026.

The System
This year in Vienna, Wattson Audio will present a carefully assembled system built around Kroma Atelier Stellaloudspeakers and Organic Audio Reference cables.
The Wattson components will include the Madison Streamer, Power S, and the Madison Amplifier operating in mono mode, and a major new product making its debut at the show: the Madison Phono.
Visitors are invited to experience the system at Stage 1.3 in Tech Gate Vienna, located directly across the street from the main show.
